that’s big big no no… you’ve got to make it a habit… water replenishes the water in our body and keeps us healthy too.. REMEMBER: 8 glasses a day… I always do it after urinataing.. I drink a half glass of water… just to accomplish the 8 glasses

Speaking of water… I think I forgot to drink before I left…

BUT as you notice… we don’t stick to our only beloved F4 especially the Zznians and the KenAddicts often visit each other
